All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the file has been delivered or accessed.

2. Online Events & Workshops
Refunds for online events (e.g., live seminars, webinars, or workshops) are generally not available. However, we may offer partial refunds under the following conditions:
